Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to review and share design work and research asynchronously between students and professors.
  • Peer review
  • Iteration documentation
  • Precedent collection and organization
  • Board/Project/document organization and management
  • Board sharing and collaboration
  • Performance when boards begin to collect many items
  • File compression
  • We use this for education so unaware of specific business impacts
It is often hard to understand if the sharing and collaboration features are working correctly. The distinction between teams, projects, and boards could also be better clarified.
I didn't implement it, but there are often hangups and uncertainties when sharing and setting up boards.
It's been great as a way to further increase collaboration as we continue to reintegrate back into in-person learning.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I can't recall the difference, a lot of features are similar.
Miro is great for reviewing student design work updates. It's also really helpful when working in a team or in a class for everyone to see the development that everyone is making. At the end of the project, it's also really beneficial to have the entire process, with all design iterations documented and archived.
