Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Our student team is working on a UX design project and we rely heavily on Miro for collaboration. The main use cases for us are synthesizing qualitative data, planning the next steps on the project, and brainstorming the requirements of our solution. Being able to simultaneously put our thoughts down and then step away and see a visual representation of all our ideas is invaluable.
- Allowing for real-time collaboration
- Having different options for visually representing information
- Allowing you to prioritize projects by starring them, which makes them easy to find
- Sometimes loading times can be very slow for boards with a lot of sticky notes on them. This also makes navigation lag as well.
- I wish there were more colors to choose from when it comes to the sticky notes.
- It'd be cool if there was a way to have videos or Gifs play in the Miro board.
- Miro has improved our team productivity significantly
- Miro has made our qualitative analysis sessions go by a lot faster
- Miro has helped us align on our goals and be able to see where everyone's ideas converge or diverge
Miro is THE way our team is able to collaborate remotely. We're able to do work on it asynchronously which has significantly reduced the number of times our team has to meet. We can also send each other quick messages to review something and leave our notes directly on the board. It's invaluable for a remote team.
