Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Product development, brainstorming sessions, personal note-taking, KANBAN for the team to track progress

  • Created a project road map, that greatly improved the communication with consultants on determining the scope of the project.
  • Greatly improved efficiency of solar project development in the company by getting everyone involved together and creating a shared road map on who does what and where can we improve.
The only problem was the zoom ratio when creating a board from scratch. Did not notice that the board was zoomed out and started to create everything way too big (while being frustrated, why the templates I add are so tiny). A quick notification about Zoom would have been helpful.
It was fairly easy while I was using it alone. But when a team had to be created, we struggled quite a bit by understanding which payment plan we choose and what does which roles do (how many paid seats we need, which free role and how can access and edit the board, etc.)
Greatly! The shared online whiteboard was one of my top discoveries during the pandemic.

Used MURAL at the beginning of the pandemic when they probably still were not up to speed with all the new users - back then it was laggy and unusable for most of the team (except the ones with super-fast internet). Have not encountered similar problems with Miro.
+ Brainstorming, shared teamwork online (and in the office), visual representation, a wide variety of useful templates - data analysis
