Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I've used Miro extensively for both school and work. I am a UX Designer, and Miro is an excellent tool for customer journey mapping, usability test findings, and visualization. I also used it in a class of 50+ visual design students working on the same Miro board, so Miro can handle a considerable amount of information and data on their sheets. I recommend it!
  • Offer simultaneous collaboration
  • Accessible from internet-accessing device
  • Easy to understand UI
  • Lag can get quite bad if too many people on one page
  • Limited number of Miro boards for free users
  • Could use more customization and color options.
  • Improved productivity
  • Overall less project time
  • Easy visual communication
Miro is pretty good and easy to use.
The UI is easy enough for younger, more tech-inclined users to learn quickly. Older users might struggle.
The remote whiteboard feature has helped my organization quickly visualize ideas and review each other's work

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is more user-friendly, overall.
Miro is excellent when information needs to be presented visually—especially when multiple people need to do it and review the information at once. It is not quite so good when it comes to consolidating more data-based research. It is best suited for designers and the teams they work on, rather than for roles that deal with more raw data.
