Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to create new projects with my colleagues. We like to use it because it makes it easier to come up with new ideas for known problems, such as organization, pro-activity, and how to adapt the language we use for our target public. This platform really has an intuitive way of use, that makes all the discussion faster and good-looking once is finished.
  • Mind maps: the templates are really good-looking and intuitive
  • Flowcharts: it's easy to creat a work flow by using this tool
  • Allow to share and work together: it's good to be able to share any board with my crew and work together seeing the real-time changes! It helps us to make opinions to always improve the work.
  • I'd like to see support for other languages, like Brazilian Portuguease.
  • When we write something long in a block on Mind Maps, the screen gets smaller, making it hard to see what I'm doing. I'd like the screen just follow what is being written.
  • I'd like to be able to change the team I'm working on as soon as I open the website, like on an initial screen. Sometimes I start working in the wrong team and I don't realize it fast, so I make a huge work for the wrong people.
  • Make the work faster. Some things that would last some weeks on other platforms, just last a couple of days in Miro
  • Allows to every single person on the crew to contribute with new ideas
  • With everybody contributing, the platform allowed one of my projects to be the winner of a competition because we could compile all the best ideas for it.
My key insights regarding the implementation of Miro in my projects is that, as I've already said, the platform makes any discussion faster and makes a new way of conducting brainstorming meetings.
I give this rating because I don't seen any difficult in the integration.
Miro impacted positively my organization's ability to collaborate on new projects. As soon as we can work on many different things at once on one whiteboard, it really makes our job faster and easier. It allowed us to keep the pro-activity even in the hard days of the pandemic.

Miro, it's better because it gives automatic Mind Maps that we can write on faster. Also, Miro doesn't limit our working space.
Miro was perfectly suited when I needed to work on a new audiovisual project with my teammates. Together with the Meeting function, we did our brainstorm a lot of ideas, that contribute to our project to be the winner of a competition! Miro also is good to study for tests. I've already used mind maps to study because the platform makes the concepts easy to see.
