Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Brainstorming, conducting workshops, and working on design solutions for our service.
  • Providing tools for sketching, working on, and presenting ideas - you can be much quicker than using PowerPoint, Whimsical etc
  • Those who are not familiar with Miro can quickly get on board
  • Voting on the ideas/concepts
  • When the board is large, it becomes very slow to navigate and make changes
  • Voting and timer functionality are not available in the free version
  • More effective group meetings, less time needed to reach conclusions
When it comes to the implementation within the company, the team setup (people being a part of multiple teams in Miro) and the corresponding access to different functionalities are confusing and cumbersome.
Cannot comment on this as I was not responsible for the integration.
We have not necessarily been using Miro across different locations; all in all, it's a tool that is a great add-on to remote cooperation.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is far more intuitive and offers a better board editing and collaboration functionality.
Miro is very well suited for conducting interactive sessions and presenting ideas in a slide-like manner. It becomes harder to use for presenting and discussing complex ideas that need to be accompanied by a lot of text.
