Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to create maps and workflows to help users in making requests within my activities, and to help colleagues to have all the needed information in one take, without asking for them several times.
  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to read.
  • Workflows are always on-point.
  • Mass resize of all boxes (the only workaround I found is to convert them all to post-its).
  • Resize only the arrow, not also the thickness of the connection.
  • I have to spend less time on the tasks when I use Miro to describe them.
I didn't integrate it anywhere, I use it from the web app.

Miro is simpler to use, more direct and more appealing for my target.
My users often need to connect their badge to the unified printing system, with Miro I created a map to illustrate all the workflow they need to follow before making the request to me and all the information I need to connect them to the printer, without asking them in different times.
