Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used during discovery calls with customers, for creating onboarding phases, and collaboration with teammates.

Pros

  • Easily collaborate with multiple people.
  • Easy to read/understand.

Cons

  • Difficult to understand at first, but once you master it you're good to go.
  • increase team collaboration
I'm not familiar with how Miro can be used other than what was taught to me from onboarding with my current team.
Unaware of how this integration works or whether or not it was easy or difficult.
Has made it easy to collaborate as a team with a visual, and we all love being able to see projects come together.

I think it's great for internal collaborations. Great whiteboard-type view when explaining different stages to customers.
