Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We currently use Miro mainly for our team retros and some high-level wireframes design discussions.
  • Smooth UI interface.
  • Great templates to use.
  • Handy for team collaboration.
  • Being able to have more Icons sections for creating diagrams.
  • Currently navigating on the Miro page is hard, moving down or across a page is not straight forward or customizable.
  • Tool tips to explain what Icons mean, without having to click on them.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Initial cost (ROI).
  • Improves team communication and anonymity during retros.
Would be keen to know how else it can be integrated with Atlassian apps.
Yes, we have used this a few times and it has worked well.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We currently use Miro for team retros and wireframes, which works well for our current use case. There are a few small frustrating navigations to get used to but alright once you know. I would be keen to explore Miro for other purposes within a development team and how (if it can) it integrates with tools like Jira or Confluence.
