Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to do data gathering and organization from user research, make user journeys and flow diagrams. We use it as a platform for cross-collaboration with inter-functional teams.

Pros

  • Note making and tagging.
  • Cross-collaboration with other teams.
  • Making several diagrams and flows.

Cons

  • It becomes unresponsive especially the web version when there is lot of data in the worksheet.
  • Sometimes access management becomes an issue like password control and access. It can be simplified.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved efficiency of work.
  • Consistency of data organisation.
It really made collaborating easier during remote working. The whiteboard has excellent tools to layout ideas, data, charts and flows and very easy-to-use features.

Miro's whiteboard feature is the highlight. Adobe XD is more suited for screen flows but Miro is better for a lot of other collaborative tasks.
It is very well suited for making notes, adding data and organizing it.
It is also good for collaborating with other teams efficiently.
