Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Ability to do remote workshop and Miro has the tools to get me collect everyone's thoughts and is flexible enough for me to do simple wireframing for my design.
  • Remote workshop / collaborative work.
  • Easy to drop images and edit them.
  • Basic shapes let me do basic wireframing.
  • Kanban board integration with workflow management (Jira, notion or coda) (may have been a feature, but would be great if it can be reinforced).
  • When doing service blueprint with hundreds of lines, the line can go crazy when board is being moved.
  • Speed up team alignment and shared understanding.
  • Efficient workshop (reducing the need to transcribe live workshop to digi notes).
  • Improve speed of work as creator and storyteller.
Access level and understanding of foldering system (which board belongs to which account) is often hard to understand.
I haven't been using a lot of the integrations because I don't find the need to.
Significantly improve workflow for remote workshops.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is easy to use for everyone without needing specific skills on design/sheets. The tools provided are also very flexible, unlike Google Slides where we are restricted to boundaries.
Remote workshop is excellent for Miro.

It may be less appropriate if you want to work on things solely.
