Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro weekly for brainstorming, goal setting, and drafting workflows.

Pros

  • Collaborative (easy to have multiple people working in the same space).
  • Virtual Whiteboard (with many bells and whistles).

Cons

  • There is a small learning curve if you're collaborating and signing in using SSO.
  • Miro uses a lot of resources so it's hard to be on a video call and on a board simultaneously.
  • Neutral impact so far, has not replaced any of our other tools or outperformed them.
It took a few weeks for our whole team to figure out how to sign in and edit boards in collaborative spaces. We keep track of our boards and how to access them in an external tool.
It was slow to get the team acclimated and able to access this by using the Google suite of products.
Neutral impact so far, we have not moved fully away from the tools we had used before Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a great option, especially if you don't already have other solutions in place.
Anything you'd want to use a whiteboard for, Miro can do. It is also great for complex workflows or mapping ideas.
