Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is frequently utilized for collaborative workshops across the entire org within multiple business segments. Most often used with Business Transformation teams for the better overall spread of ideas when it comes to process improvement or overall company efficiency. Best method for inclusion and brainstorming when it comes Design Thinking Foundations model. Sometimes used by Marketing when it comes to product launch ideas.

- Real-time update of content during workshops
- Ease of use for newbies
- Encourages inclusion and feedback from those who may be afraid to speak up
- Helps spread ideas and drive new ideas through ease of multiple methods of brainstorming
Cons
- Zoom in and out functionality can be cumbersome
- Follow feature is something clunky when it comes to keeping tabs on user-leading workshop
- Saves on time when it comes to simultaneous idea generation.
- Saves time when it comes to scoring ideas for execution.
- Improves productivity by driving more ideas to be generated.
Overall has made it much easier and more effective, especially for those that are on the more reserved side.
