Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Create mood boards, design scoped diagrams like empathy maps, journey maps, service blueprints, and other UX diagrams for product and user experience design. We used miro to collaborate between colleges instead of sharing the same document multiple times. The problem that is solved using miro mostly is the templating and sharing abilities that the app has, this way we don’t have to waste time designing a diagram template or sharing the document.

I think Miro has helped our teams to accomplish a lot of goals. Again I think this is due to the ease of collaboration and templating, this way our team knows what spaces to fill and complete for a specific part of a project planning.

I think Miro stands out more to design teams than engineering teams, that’s the main difference that I can notice in the workspace.
