Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am trying to figure out a better way to facilitate meetings effectively and make the meeting minutes easier to read. I came across the Miro platform and loved the templates provided. A few of my co-workers and I loved the visual presentation and would like to explore this platform further for meeting facilitation purposes.

Pros

  • Visual presentation
  • Convert sticky notes to action card
  • plenty of templates

Cons

  • Better auto spelling
  • Auto realignment function
  • Increase meeting efficency
  • More visual meeting minutes
  • Less miscommunication
It is not implemented in my organization as it is hard to justify the budget in the public sector
I cannot comment on this as Miro is not integrated in my work place yet
Not really as my workplace doesn't support remote work

Yes

Miro has way more templates than mind and is much more user-friendly than Visio
Well suited for facilitating meetings. Less appropriate to plan and track project progress as it doesn't automatically populate project status reports.
