Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We currently use it to do two main things - one is brainstorming problems and creating the next steps. Another one is a collaboration between multiple teams to track major milestones throughout the program. The business problem Miro addresses was the cross-team collaboration for us to track an integrated project plan that everyone could work on and clearly call out the dependencies as well.

Pros

  • Multi team collaboration.
  • Multiple ways to convey information.
  • Very graphic and visual.
  • Easy to adapt to.

Cons

  • Too many dependencies were created on the Miro board - it was really hard to follow through the graphic structure.
  • Haven't observed any yet.
It is quite easy to learn and grasp. So turnaround time with this platform is less. You can literally hit the ground running.
No, it is good for collaboration.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

More suited to brainstorming and tracking milestones for small-scale projects with fewer vendors(fewer teams) and Less useful if there are a lot of teams (6-10) for collaboration.
