Overall Satisfaction with Miro

MIRO is used in our organization to collaborate across teams that are spread out geographically. It helps us collaborate in real-time as well as passively on ideas that are co developed and co deployed. The main business case Miro helps us address is how to efficiently co-create as we go through a regional transformation across our function.
  • Ideation
  • Story boards
  • Product vision boards
  • Team structures
  • Visualization
  • Workflow establishment
  • Cross platform hyperlinking
  • Reduced ideation time
  • Improved value delivery
  • Improved reaction time
It is a SaaS product, so no major/drawn out implementation.
Easy to integrate based on API hook availability of tools or products one wants to integrate.
Miro took out the anxiety that comes with collaborating across regions and time zones. The user interface is intuitive and not intimidating for even first-time users. The process flow is very efficient so very low overhead and rapid ramp-up time. It has now become an integral part of our value delivery.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

MIRO has a more cohesive process flow than the other two tools when it comes to ideation, value lock, and developing MVP-like documents.
Scenarios where MIRO is well suited - Working across teams and across regions Collaboration driven by working on common ideas and common goals Real-time collaboration over video conferencing Well suited for organizations that have adopted or are in process of adopting Agile methodology Scenarios where MIRO is not well suited - Organizations following waterfall methodology Teams that are not spread out regionally
