Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro as our social media content calendar. It has helped keep us organized and track what we will be posting and sharing. We can easily add and move in all different categories with Miro and have multiple people access and work in it at the same time, making work flow easier.

I think it was easy to use but I know that some other co workers see it as more intimidating and confusing. They are not used to using something different and something that looks like Miro.
We work mostly remotely and Miro has been helpful for that. It allows you to add and work in a doc in real time and see others adding and working in it too. It is helpful for everyone being able to see live updates and makes it super easy to share without having to save and share each time.

Miro is more visual which is helpful to our team and what our teams needs in a social media content calendar and it is very sharable and quick to add it and edit. It is just not as easy to save files and back them up regularly which is something that could be improved.
It is well suited for situations where you want a visual planner that is easy to share and work on with others. It is not suited for easy saving docs or sharing with someone that is not familiar with Miro or how to edit on it because it can look intimidating at first.
