It's been incredibly helpful to use Miro to onboard new team members to a project, have a single place for all research and development, and do collaborative workshops of all kinds. I've done internal workshops to get to know the team and vote on initiatives and statements, vision and mission leadership alignment sessions, journey mapping sessions, RACI development sessions, road mapping exercises, etc.

If you need to get a group of people aligned on something (vision, brand, journey, roadmap, etc.) and you can have them leave stickies with ideas and make sure you're capturing everyone's insights, not just whoever talks the loudest in meetings. You can also do easy voting exercises that everybody can pick up right away and get synthesized and controlled feedback on whatever you're trying to achieve. If you have a large deliverable, such as a future state customer journey or service blueprint, using Miro instead of PPT can help you create something BIG, detailed, clean, and visually engaging. It's easy to export things out of Miro as PDFs.
