Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am using Miro mainly for brainstorming about problems, required actions to resolve them, and the next steps. I especially leverage Miro more when the discussion setting is online. The use cases vary from strategic discussion to analysis topic to project scope. I also use Miro to put together important information or reference as a source of truth for primary work partners.
Pros
- Easy to share ideas.
- Ubiquitous
- Storing ideas effectively.
Cons
- Alignment of graphics or sticky notes could be easier.
- No monetary value has been assessed.
- Reduced time to gather physically.
- Productivity improved as we don't need to write separate notes or keep sticky notes.
It has been really powerful. Though we still prefer meeting in person, if possible, for work-from-home days, Miro is highly leveraged for discussion, especially with a bigger group of 5+ people. In the past, we used an online Word-type interface which was challenging to identify who wrote what, arrange thoughts, and facilitate real-time discussions. Miro is a great tool to resolve those challenges.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes

Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
- Box and Asana
A box is a great tool for storing information. It is not designed well for meeting facilitation though it offers some functionality for collaborative space. Asana is another great tool for managing tasks and projects, but when it comes to collaboration, it has many limitations. So, each service or product has positioned itself in a distinct area, and Miro has its own strength as a meeting tool.
