Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a remote coworking space for digital art and assets between designers and art directors. We also use it to present to different levels of leadership, from VPs to presidents. This product allows teams across the country to come together and create as well as review work.
Pros
- Allows for multiple teams to work in an organized way on the boards.
- Allows for collaboration across teams and timezones.
- Allows for easy commentary and notes to be taken right beside assets.
Cons
- Glitches are sometimes hard to work around.
- The comment tool could be easier to find.
- Boards should autolock once set so that they don't get moved so easily.
- Reduced project completion time.
- Improved collaboration in a remote world.
- Easier review cycles.
Miro has impacted my organization's ability to collaborate by offering a space for cross-functional partners to work fluidly. Art directors can pull images to review in kick-offs, designers can upload files for review, brand managers can create visual briefings, and program managers can keep tabs and relay schedules for different assets.
