Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to whiteboard/collaborate on Journey mapping exercises. In this virtual world, working in a collaborative way at the same time from different time zones has eased Miro. We run workshops in Miro with teams around the world. The artifacts created on Miro let us take the journeys from designs to products.

  • Little to no learning curve.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Wireframing for designers.
  • Improved comments view.
  • A bit more of design tools.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Better collaboration.
  • Better sharable artefact.
  • Improved documentation.
Slack integration was really helpful.
Improved collaboration with folks across time zones, we get work done sitting at our homes.

Usability, Loading time, ease to use.
Working with people from different time zones at the same time for Journey mapping was a scenario where Miro came in handy. While working at the office on a whiteboard- I might not prefer Miro.
