Overall Satisfaction with Miro
A very convenient service for quickly using and drawing flowcharts for your understanding and building processes. Good set of tools and not overloaded. My recommendations: to simplify the functionality for sharing your board with others. I tried using templates, but it's easier for me to draw my own, so using the base board

- white board
- interconnection diagrams
- user-friendly interface
Cons
- the function of sharing your board does not always work well - the simpler the better
- too many templates, did not use because of overload in the selection
- I am self-employed, so it is difficult to accurately assess the impact on businesses in my field. Miro helps me personally and has become one of my main tools
