We utilize Miro to map out processes, plan projects, perform sprint retrospectives, and create mockup wireframes for designing software products.

We can easily integrate Jira tickets to plan out sprints and work over subsequent quarters.
My team is fully remote so without a tool like MIRO we would have no way of working collaboratively on planning or process design. Additionally, for structured meetings like sprint retrospectives, it allows the team to individually and anonymously provide feedback on how things are going and review afterward. We specifically love utilizing the timer functionality as it will keep us on track.

Miro is great for drag-and-drop process mapping and provides an easy way for us to color code, link to Jira, and break down processes into digestible development chunks. Additionally, the collaborative functionality of Miro allows the whole team to work together on documenting thoughts and ideas while we are discussing.
