Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to map out existing and future processes, super easy for multiple users to join virtually and discuss multiple flows at the same time. A very easy way to navigate WFH culture or when the whole team cannot be in one room. Requirements/tools are logical and easy to pick up and can be helpful to capture requirements/feedback alongside due to the "whiteboard" style allowing for to move around and use a larger space unlike some other platforms we have trialled. Can sometimes be clunky with formats, but easily resolved after longer exposure/understanding the tool. All in all very happy, and love the collaborative feel !

Well suited for collaboration with large groups, easy to jump around different sections and create alternative streams of thinking and then come back to collaborate, can sometimes be difficult to get export to fit in a way you require sometimes, or can be difficult to get the process flow to snap together in the correct way in instances.
