Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for our planning in our agile team. Areas of application are planning, refinement, review and retrospective. Our focus is on the opportunity to work in a team. Distributed over several locations and work via video call. Problems currently still lie in the sometimes slow updating of content. Some of our participants complain about the confusing navigation. Especially if they don't work with Miro that often.

Pros

  • Working together on the content
  • Many object templates
  • Simple login

Cons

  • Not enough colours e.g. if there are many participants
  • It should be possible to move operating tasks out of the main task!
  • easier navigation to zoom, move and follow
  • 20% reduction in planning times
  • Scheduled meeting length is respected as it can be adjourned more easily.
  • Fewer queries in the project
We have not yet integrated Miro with other products. I am also not active in the area where these possibilities are being explored and planned.
Since we switched to an agile way of working a year ago and our employees are spread across three locations, Miro has made our collaboration possible.
Only in this way is it possible to implement projects jointly and agilely across the entire company.
We tried other products but Miro was the easiest and quickest to implement.
