Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to:
1. Connect the dots and map different stages of the customer journey in a cohesive and visually appealing way - it enables to easily follow the journey by having boards for each stage with explanations and visuals where you can easily zoom in and out and give more context or details
2. Collaborate on different topics across different markets (have one space to have input on certain topics) in real-time - having boards per topic where different users capture their feedback
3. Present at internal events the discoveries regarding various topics (customer journey, strategy topics) - visually appealing and interactive way to present to the audience

The interface really simulates physical boards which makes it intuitive and there is no need for endless training on how to use the tool.
It supports many differnet formats, can be exported in differnet formats and can be integrated with many different apps (including Microsoft Teams which we use). The brand on its own has proved to be a trustworthly one - the clients Miro has a big names in the industry. The reviews are always on the positive side.
