Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to:
1. Connect the dots and map different stages of the customer journey in a cohesive and visually appealing way - it enables to easily follow the journey by having boards for each stage with explanations and visuals where you can easily zoom in and out and give more context or details
2. Collaborate on different topics across different markets (have one space to have input on certain topics) in real-time - having boards per topic where different users capture their feedback
3. Present at internal events the discoveries regarding various topics (customer journey, strategy topics) - visually appealing and interactive way to present to the audience
  • Visually appealing representations withing the boards
  • Extremely good simulation of physical board which makes UX intuitive and easy to use
  • Great real-time collaboration tool
  • High interactivity with zoom in/out options
  • Sharing & permissions within the board not always clear
  • Improved engagement within the team vs. working in traditional presentations tools (ppt) by 27%
  • Improved engagement with the audience when presenting in calls & events
  • Reduced number of documentation by having one board to capture all insights for the topic
  • Improved critical thinking by more easily connecting the dots via boards
Have not integrated Miro in any other apps (yet).
As mentioned before in the survey Miro solved one of our biggest pain points in the company - being a global company in many markets and in differnet time zones Miro has allowed us to all have one source of truth when working with colleagues across globe on the same topic. It has been a tool we use for day-to-day brainstorming session to using it for strategy decison making by high-ranked stakeholders. It allows us to capture everything we need in one space.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

The interface really simulates physical boards which makes it intuitive and there is no need for endless training on how to use the tool.
It supports many differnet formats, can be exported in differnet formats and can be integrated with many different apps (including Microsoft Teams which we use). The brand on its own has proved to be a trustworthly one - the clients Miro has a big names in the industry. The reviews are always on the positive side.
Well suited: brainstorming sessions, mind-mapping, interactive customer journey mapping, real-time collaboration across the globe for big teams, attractive way of presenting the various topics, personalization of the boards, capturing big amount of data in a coherent way
Not well suited: Traditional slides presenting, presenting in scenarios with potential slow internet and internet breakage (due to lots of moving through the boards and dynamic of the boards), simple notes taking
