Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro for mostly organising, for example when we plan our sprints we use Miro to organise the teams (3 teams over 50 people in total). This is useful because it adds a layer of transparency between the teams and where they are situated in the planning thus it is easy to synchronise the teams.

Beautiful ui with colours and many usable elements
You can view where each person is on the Miro board
Easy to access the board, just a link and password

Cons

Option to add a name even if not logged in

Return on Investment

It helped to greatly reduce large planning meetings
It has become the go to when it comes to having a collaborative environment that is quickly set up

Collaboration

Since Miro is very accessible, it further improved our teams ability on remote working. I would say it is even better then in person boards. This improvement on remote working helped the team to work more dynamically
