Overall Satisfaction with Miro

With team members located across the globe, it's difficult to collaborate effectively. With Miro, we're able to run virtual workshops, brainstorm ideas, and collect research for review by multiple audiences. Pre-pandemic, workshopping in person always presented difficulties. Space was limited, and we were often forced to document our work on post-its stuck to a back wall or window. After a workshop, pictures were taken and the post-its removed - making it extremely difficult to review outputs at a glance. Using Miro allows us to not only capture our work easily but preserve it - enabling us to move forward rapidly.
  • Remote collaboration.
  • Multi-functional workspace.
  • Templated solutions.
  • Wireframe components.
  • Locking / unlocking components.
  • Customisable coloured post-its would be amazing.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Rapid decision making.
  • Documented outputs.
I can't seem to skip this question, but I haven't integrated Miro with anything else.
Miro has been instrumental in our ability to collaborate, uniting teams from across the globe. It not only replicates in-person workshops for a virtual environment but improves it with advanced functionality such as identifying who created a post-it, adding comments or reactions, the inclusion of additional media, and preservation of outputs.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is excellent for remote collaboration, enabling us to connect globally. The work is preserved and easy to refer back to, helping us to make decisions faster and move at pace. A product like Miro is incredibly adaptable, and I've used it for many different activities. Where it could potentially evolve is with its wireframe components or sketching functionality. Today when conducting exercises like Crazy 8s, participants must have pen and paper nearby so they can sketch ideas before photographing and uploading their images to Miro. There's always a bit of a struggle, and can take a long time, especially with participants which are new to Miro.
