Easy to Integrate and User Friendly.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use the Miro board for various purposes in our daily work. Some of our daily usages include: Preparing a Presentation for the stakeholder's Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Refinement Daily work flow maintenance.
Pros
- We present Sprint wise review of work, and work analysis to the stakeholders.
- Created various boards for Retrospective meeting, and sprint wise work refinement and maintain them for every sprint.
Cons
- Sometimes the board doesn't load or takes a long time to load. This issue must be resolved.
- Controlling while multi usage is frustrating sometimes. It should be more stable.
- Productivity is improved.
- More visibility on the bottlenecks for our software.
Mostly all the projects of my company use Miro Board very actively, as most of us are working from home. Using the whiteboard, we brainstorm on our project very often (at least once every week). Also, we maintain every component flow of our product there.
