Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I'm using miro mostly to co-create customers journeys and share them across the teams and departments.
Since we are collaborating with teams in several locations - we use Miro as a collaboration board and using it during our weekly statuses on teams. Also I switch from Ppnt. to Miro in order to prepare any kind of presentation (in this case I like to use some of the topic-specific templates)

Pros

  • an easy onboarding of new members especially useful when inviting new team collaborators
  • one tool that allow me to draw diagrams and prepare presentations
  • the useful templates

Cons

  • downloading a particular areas to pdf (in order to send the presentation to sb via e-mail)
  • sometimes it's a bit difficult to Select the frame and the content in it
  • Miro helped me visualize the data thus reducing the time it took to review the source material
  • Miro improved of productivity by
  • Miro is a great tool for valuation preparations
In my practice, we use miro to work with different teams. I always send a brief instruction to the people on these teams before implementation, which shows the following
  • How to log in to miro using a business email address
  • How to use miro (for this purpose I use one of the available templates)
  • How to configure the access settings for a specific board
In my practice, we use miro to work with different teams. across the organisation. Integrating Miro into our internal systems required work on the part of our security department. I do not have data on how this process worked out. That is why it's difficould to write about is 50 words required.
Since mine company is working stationary, we can use Miro to collaborate with teams from different locations.

I use Miro and MURAL at the same time for different projects - it all depends on which tool the team I join is working on. Currently, I do most of my work on Miro - in my organization I am even called "miro ambassador". But this is because I joined a team that was already using miro
