Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Miro really frequently to organize some meeting with my client. I use it to add some colours and images to my ideas and represent some work process. Furthermore, I use Miro to communicate with other user, I ask them to add some post-it on my Miro board and drag n drop things. I also use it to think and find new ideas for my future project. Finally, I can say I use Miro in every step of my work process !
PS : I am French so I am sorry for my bad English...

Pros

To help to do beautiful diagrams
To manage multi users in a same board
To propose lots of templates

Cons

Sometimes users don't find how to stop music when I set some with my timer and so they can't listen to me and I don't know they are in trouble
Copy and paste image are weird, some time when I paste image they paste really little, and I can't find them !
Group things are strange sometimes I really often have to create frame to group them, but I don't want to create frame, I just want to group my difference objects

We all work at home in different country : Canada, USA, France, Morocco ... and we all use Miro to collaborate. In new project we had all ours idea in Miro, we correct other idea, we link idea ... and we also add image to add fun in these activities. The time is really helpful for us, we use it to remind time and not lost too many times in the meeting talking.

MURAL

I used MURAL in another country, it was a little more complicated to use, and the most annoying things was that I had to ask my superior to have more space in my board ! It was more difficult to onboard a user in the product.

Likelihood to Recommend

Miro is really appropriate to explain things to users and show them things. I can draw what I am thinking instantly to expose my ideas to verify that I really understand what my user is saying. I use frequently Miro to validate my comprehension and communicate with clients. Otherwise, I don't use Miro to do wireframes, it misses perhaps some objects designer.
