Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for all types of workshops and collaboration sessions ranging from Design thinking, ideation, and prioritization to general stakeholder sessions, packs, and for session collateral.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Workshops
  • Supporting Remote Work.

Cons

  • Exporting
  • Interoperability with other apps.
  • Presentations
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better collaboration.
  • Reduced project completion time.
Critical, we use it right from brainstorming before kick-off, all the way through implementation, and even sometimes for post-implementation reviews.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We find a few of the other competitors either clunky and don't do the basics well or it's on the other end of the scale and too heavy. In the latter cases, it's great if, from a cross-platform perspective, your other tools are from the same or similar vendor. Otherwise, the features become unnecessary.
I find it fantastic and a must-have for remote working. The as a collaboration and communication tool, the ability to pool everyone together to run workshops, brainstorming sessions, and general meetings are far better than most other competitors I've used.
