Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Pros

  • Workshops
  • Customer Journey map.
  • Technical mapping.

Cons

  • Loading the board properly - often board takes a long to load or doesn't load at all.
  • Multiple user management - when are multiple users, we often have problems.
  • Reduced time of CJM.
  • Reduced face-to-face interaction gives the ability to do it online.
Some users have problems understanding Miro until you properly train them, it could be good for a Miro Basic for temporal users or the type that they are not going to use often with constant automatic help.
It helps to work from the EU with US and ASIA not being in the same place.

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I didn't like how it works; Miro is more intuitive.
Well suited for all the scenarios that I mentioned before, plus UX/UI, the ones that are less appropriate creation of presentations.
