Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are a distributed software development team and use it as a collaborative tool for all aspects of planning and design, as well as Scrum ceremonies. It has made knowledge transfer and working together remotely much more productive, and we only find more and more opportunities for its use, and I am personally starting to use it as a presentation tool.
Pros
- In collaboration, multiple people can work on the same board together.
- Easily accessible 'living' documents.
- Templates help us put complex things together quickly.
Cons
- User management - as admin would like to control others' content for housekeeping purposes.
- Board organization can get very messy.
- Connectors are sometimes a little over enthusiastic!
- Improved productivity.
- Better access to information.
- Improved collaboration.
Absolutely, and this is a key aspect for me, the ability to collaborate within the business and with clients has proven very valuable to us.
