Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Software development mostly. Architecture diagrams. Story mapping. Retrospectives, planning, etc

Pros

  • infinite canvas
  • easy to draw things
  • easy to take people on the journey

Cons

  • None really, it works well for everything. If you add too many features it becomes difficult to use.
  • Improved meeting outcomes when used well
It takes away the pressure to be in the office. We can align online and then get more value when we do meet in person

digital collaboration is superb. In fact, I sometimes now recommend we do in-person activites remotely because it adds a better structure to the meeting.
