Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for team collaboration.
Business problems Miro addresses:
Low engagement, breaking down complex problems, ideating or presenting solutions, brainstorming, visualizing dependencies, teamwork, limited ownership, delegation, and collaboration.
  • Amazing user experience, so intuitive, so clean, each feature is very well thought out
  • Provides the baseline for different needs (templates)
  • The tools for every step of a productive discussion: agenda, notes, dissecting a topic, timing, bringing everyone along, reaching an agreement, exporting frames, sharing with non-members
  • Free core functionalities really allow for platform adoption
  • A sneak peek of insights without need to contact Miro's sales team
  • Increased transparency and team understanding
  • Increased engagement from the team, along with team spirit and teamwork
  • Better collaboration and reaching decisions
Given the number of tools the industry has available, the speed at which technology works limits the time we (users) put into learning in depth all the power behind Miro. It is a stellar product that I happily promote wherever I work.
Online meetings are the death of us.
It helps us cut costs and fatigue by working asynchronously.
It also helps filter out unnecessary information, as it does need a bit of thought to share our input visually rather than vocally.

Yes

Imo Mural is a bit rigid and unattractive in comparison with Miro.
I have tried to pick up Mural and naturally drifted back to Miro. However, I don't really see why I would replace Miro. I have everything I need and years of experience with my preferred tool.
Miro has proved incredibly useful, dynamic, and easy to use for most. I recall a scenario where a user is unwilling to participate in the tool—specifically C-suite executives. Perhaps their particular role may benefit from limiting functionalities to lower the intimidation of picking up a new tool and embarrassing themselves in front of regular team members.
