Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it often during virtual brainstorming sessions. With remote work it's been difficult to collaborate and white board with groups. Miro allows us to easily document ideas, organize them and iterate through while everyone in the meeting is collaborating in real time.
Pros
- Easy interaction between remote workers on the board
- Post it note ease of use and functionality to customize
- Customization options
Cons
- It would be nice to be able to add a new board as a tab/subset rather than having to open an entirely new board
- More customization of permissions of boards. Would be nice to set board to default to private. Permissions box/links similar to Google docs would be nice too
- Never run hard numbers on Miro's impact
Miro's improved our cross team/location collaboration immensely. It's become an invaluable asset for any whiteboarding tasks.

Functionality of Miro is much better. Teams was lacking features and buggy. Would often crash.
