Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's really helpful due to the different tools that can be used to map, comment, post-it note, and draw all live and dynamically where everyone can contribute. We use Miro to document our operating model, document our solutions in a way where other teams can easily reference, templatizing workflows and formats across the org.
  • Organizing the information in such a way that is easy to navigate
  • Collaborative where others can input their comments and messages on the fly
  • Brainstorming with multiple people are easier where people can see bigger picture or more granularly
  • Freedom to add items from the tool without being bound to a specific area
  • Better icons or description of icons since I find myself hovering a lot
  • Recent activity section
  • Better project planning
  • Increased productvity
  • Quicker exit from solutioning discussions so we can start implementation sooner
Yes! It feels like remote workers are in the room with you whiteboarding which I enjoy. It takes away the need to be in-person because the tool allows for immediate feedback into the board without having to disrupt the presenter either.

I have not used anything similar to Miro! Really enjoy Miro capabilities because I have not seen anything close to it in the market yet.
It's great for collaborating where you need input from multiple people/teams. We also used it for team-building exercises and icebreakers by playing "hide and seek" in the tool.

I can't think of a scenario where it is less appropriate but possibly using it for the sole purpose of taking meeting notes since that requires minimal options needed.
