Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Since most of our associates are still working in Hybrid or Remote environments, we utilize Miro as a way to bring project planning, visualization and task management to a forum that all can actively engage with. We use Miro for dashboards to to the cross-functional leaders as well as for Kaizens to allow for quick brainstorming and problem solving.
  • Free form board development
  • Good integrations with other SaaS tools
  • Many templates and a great community
  • Great online training tools
  • Better rendering speeds, sometimes boards are slow to load
  • More options to group boards in Miro
  • Increased enagagement in projects by 22%
  • Improved productivity and on time delivery by 16%
Ease of integration is high, embedding the board in Teams was simple and allows quick access to the relevent board in Teams. Also, connecting with Jira was really simple.
Miro has had a large impact on our organizations ability to quickly and effectively copllaborate on new projects as many of our projects require global support from our teams areound the world. The team is able to update content at any time and provide their commentary on issues they need help with.
Miro has more flexibility and is better than iObeya with better interfacing with external tools. Miro is well suited in my opinion for higher level planning and visualization (especially for leadership) of the items in a Jira or Smartsheet etc.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited for scenarios where there is a need for low fidelity implementations of boards and templates that mimic in person white boards and rooms. This may be a less appropriate tool for complex task management where there are many dependencies and need for dynamic updating of all contents on a board.
