Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in a lot of ways, from strategic planning, to retrospectives, to teambuilding exercises. In the world of virtual meetings, having interactive components to meetings really helps break up the monotony and keeps people engaged.

Pros

  • Strategic Planning
  • Retrospectives
  • Meeting engagement opportunities
  • "Blind" consensus building

Cons

  • Sometimes it can be confusing folks who try to move items and create them much larger or smaller than others.
  • The toolbar sometimes disappears, and people have to reload the page.
  • Would be nice if some of connections would work a little more seamlessly.
  • We've been able to work through a number of difficult topics anonymously but synchronously
  • We've been able to build consensus visually and through virtual workshops
  • We have built-in meeting minutes/outcomes at the end of each meeting
There were no difficulties.
I have only integrated it with MS Teams but that was very easy.
We are much better able to visualize and work in a group through complex topics.
Miro was more user friendly and had the timers, anonymous voting and more that we needed.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Doesn't work as well for things that should go in a spreadsheet and it doesn't always export the way I need it to.
It works very well for strategic planning, consensus building, virtual team building, workshops etc.
