Overall Satisfaction with Miro
There is not one primary use case but it solves many problems in Experience Services. We use it extensively for research phases of projects where we are capturing interview, demo, and brainstorming data from clients. We use it to synthesize our research. We also use it to facilitate interactive live workshops. I have also used Miro for ad hoc design exploration and wire framing.
Pros
- live collaboration with remote teams and individuals
- the ability to quickly capture information
- the ability to quickly format and organize data and information
- workshop tools such as voting
Cons
- image editing abilities
- ease of importing or linking external data or files
- it helps with alignment
- it helps with shared respository of information
it has been an extremely impactful tool. The white boarding tools give users the ability to collaborate and work together in ways they never have before. We find that when we introduce it to meetings or projects, even where users would not normally know to use it, we increase productively and effectiveness of whatever the task is
