Great tool to map your processes, ideas & foster team collaboration
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to map customer processes like sales process, marketing process or to explain to customer how the flow of process would look like in the tools we work on like HubSpot.
Pros
- Templates to build different processes.
- Sticky notes to gather multiple information in one frame.
- Easy comment & sharing access.
- UI is quite intuitive.
Cons
- I think automatic connecting 2 objects with arrows is something that can be improved.
- Copy pasting elements from one tool to another
- Improved trust and understanding amongst customers that we understand their whole process.
- Clear deliverables as everything there infront of them in intuitive visuals.
- Easy to translate the Miro boards into actually implementation on the tools like HubSpot.
- Understand where the gaps lies and make amends
We are a HubSpot agency and continue to work at multiple projects at the same time. Miro thus provides easy-to create different boards for different projects. Easy project can then be shared with different teams to foster collaboration.
My organization was using this, thus I am using it. But I guess overall its more flexible to work on Miro.
