Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for Daily Performance Management Meeting and all kinds of workshop platform.
We want to a simple to use for everyone, visualization, and actions records.
1.Check-in: users are easy to input their options in a funny and engaging way.
2.Performance review: Visual, can import/export KPIs from/to other tools.
3.Improvements: register actions and review based on the list with some basic project management functions.

Pros
- can embed some filetypes like PDF, ppt but not yet for spotfire
- Provide basic bar charts
- Task assignments. Can tag people but not easy to trace.
Cons
- visualization: more analytic charts
- project/task management with other tools(ms planner)
- embed spotfire/power BI
- Employee Engagement. It's easy to use. People tend to give a trial.
- Empowerment to encourage people share ideas and move forward
- Limited cost benefits so far by sharing cost initiatives
Definitely, this is the best part of Miro to collaborate with people virtually. People interact on Miro board anytime anywhere. More and more projects and workshops are chosen to use Miro as the platform.
