Journey Mapping Made Effortless
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for various mapping purposes, for example service blueprints, customer journeys or to map out certain business processes. Furthermore, our project and development teams use it in their scrum rituals and to plan our sprints/quarterly goals.
Pros
- Journey Mapping
- Great database of easy to use templates
- Collaboration, both online and in-person meetings
Cons
- It can be pricey for businesses with a tight budget
- Exporting boards to pdf doesn't always work
- Tough to stay up to date with all new features for non-power users
- Improved productivity
- Increased journey based decision making
- Greatly simplified hybrid workshops
Miro has greatly improved our collaboration, especially with remote and hybrid teams. Its intuitive tools and real-time features streamline brainstorming, project planning, and mapping various processes and journeys. It has helped us align quickly and work efficiently.
Miro has a much better UI than Jamboard and tons of extra options that Jamboard is missing.
