Miro is my company and community digital workplace :

Leading full remote teams, Miro is MY central space for my daily, workshop and customer relashionship.
Only my wife and my kids are not on Miro. For the rest , it represent 60% of my time... And save me hours on content & assets management :)

Pros
- Remote workshops & brainstorming
- Advanced diagrams & process mapping
- Product management, roadmap & planning
- Task management
- Remote connections & games !
Cons
- Infinite possibilities but some need to be more "stable" and better crafted :/
- File management : the Real time board time is over, it's too complicated to move files /
- More flexibility on AI engine providers
- High price on licence
- Hard ROI if considered only as a whiteboard
