Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are heavy users of Miro for sprint events. We use Miro vote system and timer for tracking time , story points and T-shirt sizing during the planning, and the boards for retro every single sprint. We also use Miro boards for system architecture design, which helps better visualising the flow and relationship between each different feature/entities.

Pros

  • Agile and Scrum Workflow Management
  • Brainstorming and Ideation

Cons

  • Limited Export Options
  • Offline Functionality
  • Support non-proportional Image resizing
  • Improved Collaboration and Productivity
  • Reduced Travel and Meeting Costs
We have not used this feature much, if at all, in our team, as all of us re based in the same country and city. But I would imagine if we ever hire anyone from overseas in our team we would have confidence that the distance won’t be an issue as there are plenty of features in Miro to support it.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro's versatility allows for easy integration of various project management tools (like Jira), and its timeline and grid features let users create clear, structured roadmaps. It also supports collaboration, enabling teams to make updates in real-time. A PM can design a product roadmap on Miro, mapping out features and timeline and easily invite team member to align. It’s really handy for product planning.
