We use Miro to facilitate workshops in support of design thinking and experience design for customer, employees, and partner experiences. Many companies still have not fully returned to the office or have globally (or nationally) distributed workforces and so Miro helps us facilitate workshops across multiple geographies.

Our team is distributed and many of the clients we work with have multiple offices as well and prefer virtual workshops to keep travel expenses low.
