Pros
- General diagraming UI experience
- Collaborative board meetings xperience
- SaaS vendors integrations
- Gadgets to improve collaborative work
Cons
- Some sort of versioning control, maybe integrated to a git repo
- Diagraming as a code, for easy of maintainability when documenting with Miro
- Some kind of auto arrange diagram elements, that is smart enough to make complex diagrams look good without too much effort.
- We keep a board for our platform domain software architecture design that is updated with all new development. With the entire design mapped and updated it is a constant source of information that saves a lot of time in explaining what is what in the solution.not sure how much it saves in time but it does.
- The retrospective board and templates we reuse for that get the meeting going super quick and efficiently.
- We keep a AWS diagram that is maintained and save time and help understand the complexity of the infrastructure. It also saves time by the easy to export pds doc when needed.
It has impacted the business in a very positive way.
it is the go to place for remote sessions that require wide team collaboration, and also for office session, because it is easy to interact with the board and present in the meeting.
later the board is easy documentation to access as well as provide feedback and updates to the subject of the session.
