Miro is used primarily by product, tech and design teams to create product roadmaps, do planning exercise, conduct sprint ceremonies like retro, sprint planning, creating tech diagrams, flow diagrams, conduct workshops, user interviews, market research, wireframing, etc. We also use Miro for all internal collboration and brainstorming meetings as our teams sit across 5 different countries and Miro helps us to get everyones thoughts and do virtual whiteboard sessions.
Some business and ops teams also use Miro for creating their project plans, presentations.

Specially when we want to do product discovery and brainstorm ideas for solutions on new product features, Miro whiteboard helps us to allow everyone to add their ideas quickly as postit notes and for people to vote and take decisions together. It is almost like doing a brainstorming session with everyone sitting in the same room.
